Art One Portfolio

Thanks Mr. Sands. What a fun Final Exam. Knew I took this class for a reason.
Ughghghghhhhh. Sleepy.
So. I need to chose some arts I did and then blog about them WHILST ANSWERING QUESTIONS WITH VOCAB. I can use capslock if I want to.
And the vocab is worth points this time or something.
Ffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuudge.
See? Fudge.

Okay. Down to "business". Even though I could be doing German homework.

1) Basically a question that boils down to FAVORITE ART AND WHY

OH MAH BEE GEES, I WONDER
This man's face
his FACE
His face is a art.
his fACE IS SO PRETTY. AAAAAAAAAAAAA
Fangirling aside, this is my favorite piece because it turned out the best. Because I used p-positive and negative space, and used it so that his features were clear, I say I used that well. Oh god, I used vocab. You should be proud of my accomplishments, Mr. Sands. I also enjoy this stencil because it actually looks like him eheheheheheheh. I also really like how the back came out, with the ripped paper and especially how the paint came out. It looks better than it would if it was a solid red. Uhhhhh. I actually added in the tie because ti wouldn't show up when I did the thing with photoshop and it looks like it's pretty well on the stencil.

2) Basically: WHAT DID YOU LEARN MOST FROM

Uh.
Ffffffff.
Why? Because perspective. I usually have trouble with arting perspecive. So this projetc, especially with all the chess pieces helped me to develop mah perspective thingie and stuff. Even though it was boring. Kinda bad. And I hate my colored pencilling skills. Uhm. YAY PERSPECTIVE. My chess pieces have lean to the left disease whY did I take this home with me why is it leaning to the left I AM DONE WITH THIS QUESITON I FEEL NOTHING FOR IT ANYMORE.

3) WHAT ART USED THINGIES FROM PREVIOUS PROJECTS IN ORDER TO BE ART
AHAHAHAH yes yes goos yessssssssss i love dis artses precious
Okay so I learned the shadin from other stuff. I also learned the prespective from the bad, bad chessboard art. Also Human proportions from a one day things about human preoprtions but that mas mostly faces. Again, thank you Mr. Sands. The person (time lord) is chilling in te background in case it's hard to see him.
:D

4) WHICH PROJECT SUCKED
Well, I'm glad you asked, Mr. Sands.
I'M
GLAD
YOU
ASKED
THIS PROJECT. OKAY. THIS PROJECT. It was cold, and all of the portraits sucked, and these was bloodshed over the cups and there was no leanring. NO. LEARNING, MR. SANDS, EXPECT THAT THE COLD SUCKS. It was cold and nobody understood. BECAUSE THEY WERE INSIDE BEING WARM. And the cups kept falling out and I'm fairly certain there were people popping cups back out on purpose. Ughghghghhhhhhhhh.

5. What (one piece of art) represents you most as an artist?
Uh. Honestly? One piece of art can't represent someone. There's never been an artist ever who was represented by just one piece of art. It's their collected works as a whole that represents them, not one work or their own choosing. If there /is/ one or two pieces of art that are particularly famous, it's generally the choice of other people, and not the artist themselves. For instance, Leonardo Da Vinci. He was a genius, but hsi most well known art is of the Mona Lisa. Just looking at that, no one could possibly realise just how brilliant he was, it's his complete works and history that tells us who he was, not just that one picture of a smiling woman with no eyebrows.

So, even though it's bad and informal and sleep deprivation induced,
This blog represents me more than any of my other works do. I'm more connected to my blog than any of the individual pieces, and it's this blog, and my total collection of art one works, that shows what kind of person I am.
